1. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders.

2. Processing Time: Please allow up to one week for us to prepare and ship your order, in addition to the shipping transit time.

3. International Shipping: We currently ship only to Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined based on the size and weight of your order. We select the most economical shipping option available for your package.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at karen@eyeonthecastledesign.com immediately. We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
